Article R5522-74 of the French Labour Code

The monthly allowance is paid in a maximum of twenty-four monthly instalments from the first day of the month in which the training begins, until the first day of the calendar month following the month in which the training ended, or where applicable, on proof of registration on the jobseekers’ list, until the end of a period of two months at the end of the training if there is proof of effective jobseeking within the meaning of article L. 5421-3.

L’allocation mensuelle est versée dans la limite de vingt-quatre mensualités à compter du premier jour du mois où débute la formation, et jusqu’au premier jour du mois civil suivant celui où a pris fin la formation, ou le cas échéant, sur justification de l’inscription sur la liste des demandeurs d’emploi, jusqu’au terme d’une période de deux mois à l’issue de la formation s’il est attesté d’une recherche effective d’emploi au sens de l’article L. 5421-3.
