Article R5524-2 of the French Labour Code

In Mayotte, when the beneficiary is married under the local law civil status regime, as it existed prior to Order no. 2010-590 of 3 June 2010 on provisions relating to the local law civil status applicable in Mayotte and to the competent jurisdictions, the ceiling on resources applicable is that provided for in article R. 5423-1, for beneficiaries as a couple. Only his resources and those of his first wife are taken into account for the application of article R. 5423-2.

His wives may, where applicable, benefit personally from the specific solidarity allowance under the conditions set out in articles R. 5423-1 and R. 5423-2.

Article R5524-2

A Mayotte, lorsque le bénéficiaire est marié sous le régime du statut civil de droit local, dans sa version antérieure à l’ ordonnance n° 2010-590 du 3 juin 2010 portant dispositions relatives au statut civil de droit local applicable à Mayotte et aux juridictions compétentes, le plafond de ressources applicable est celui prévu à l’article R. 5423-1, pour les bénéficiaires en couple. Seules ses ressources ainsi que celles de sa première épouse sont prises en compte pour l’application de l’article R. 5423-2.

Ses épouses peuvent, le cas échéant, bénéficier à titre personnel de l’allocation de solidarité spécifique dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 5423-1 et R. 5423-2.
