Article R561-32 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The declaration provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 561-17 and the documents communicated pursuant to II of Article L. 561-25 shall be sent within a maximum of eight clear days of receipt by the receiving authority, provided that the conditions laid down in Article L. 561-3 are met.

La transmission de la déclaration prévue au premier alinéa de l’article L. 561-17 et celle des pièces communiquées en application du II de l’article L. 561-25 sont effectuées dans le délai maximum de huit jours francs à compter de leur réception par l’autorité destinataire, dès lors que les conditions fixées à l’article L. 561-3 sont remplies.
