I. – For the purposes of Article L. 561-24, the TRACFIN department shall notify the person designated under I of Article R. 561-23 in writing, directly and by any means, of its opposition to the execution of one or more given transactions and any other transactions that may be carried out, which are related to them by their purpose, amount, destination or the means of payment used.
II. – For lawyers at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de Cassation and lawyers, except when acting in a fiduciary capacity, and for the caisse de règlement pécuniaire des avocats, notification is made, under the same conditions as in I, as appropriate, to the President of the Ordre des avocats au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de Cassation or to the President of the Bar Association with which the lawyer is registered. These authorities shall immediately forward notification of the objection to the person concerned.
III. – By way of derogation from Article 846 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the TRACFIN department’s application to the President of the Paris Judicial Court is exempt from the requirement to be presented by a lawyer or by a public or ministerial officer.
