The TRACFIN department shall keep records to ensure traceability of:
1° Requests for information that it sends, pursuant toArticle L. 561-27, to the public prosecutor, the investigating judge and the officers and agents of the judicial police referred to in Articles 60-1, 77-1 and 99-3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure;
2° Requests for information that are sent to it pursuant toArticle L. 561-29, when they relate to terrorism or organised crime associated with terrorism, and to Article 561-31-2 of this Code and Articles 60-1, 77-1-1 and 99-3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.561-29, when they relate to terrorism or organised crime associated with terrorism, and Article 561-31-2 of this Code and Articles 60-1, 77-1-1 and 99-3 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The registers are kept for five years after their creation. The procedures for keeping these registers are specified by order of the Minister for the Economy.
