Article R561-61 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

If the President of the Court rejects the application referred to in Article R. 561-60, the applicant may lodge an appeal in accordance with Article 496 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The documents produced in support of the application are returned to the applicant.

Lorsque le président du tribunal rejette la requête mentionnée à l’article R. 561-60, le requérant peut interjeter appel conformément à l’article 496 du code de procédure civile. Les documents produits au soutien de la requête sont restitués au requérant.
