Article R562-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Minister responsible for the Economy shall notify, by any means allowing acknowledgement of receipt, the decision to unfreeze or make available part of the funds or economic resources taken pursuant to Article L. 562-11 and the European regulations on restrictive measures taken pursuant to Articles 75 or 215 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to the person who is the subject of the freezing measure, as well as to the persons mentioned in Article L. 562-4 who implement this decision and, where applicable, to the third party who made the request.

Article R562-6

Le ministre chargé de l’économie notifie, par tous moyens permettant d’en accuser la réception, la décision de déblocage ou de mise à disposition d’une partie des fonds ou ressources économiques prise en application de l’article L. 562-11 et des règlements européens portant mesures restrictives pris en application des articles 75 ou 215 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne à la personne qui fait l’objet de la mesure de gel, ainsi qu’aux personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 562-4 qui mettent en œuvre cette décision et, le cas échéant, au tiers qui a présenté la demande.
