Article R562-9 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The implied rejection decision referred to in 1° of Article R. 562-8 is made after a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the application file and the decision referred to in 2°, after a period of 30 days.

If the decision is subject to the agreement of an international body, the periods provided for in this article are extended by the time required to obtain such agreement.

Article R562-9

La décision implicite de rejet mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 562-8 naît au terme d’un délai de 15 jours commençant à courir à compter de la date de réception du dossier de la demande et celle mentionnée au 2°, au terme d’un délai de 30 jours.

Si la décision est subordonnée à l’accord d’une instance internationale, les délais prévus au présent article sont prolongés des délais nécessaires pour l’obtenir.
