Article R57-4-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The purposes of the automated processing of personal data known as “application des peines, probation et insertion” (APPI), the information and personal data that may be recorded therein, the operating and access rules, the rights of the persons concerned by the processing, as well as the possibilities of interconnection or linking with other processing are determined by the provisions of articles R. 113-49 et seq. of the Penitentiary Code.

Les finalités du traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel dénommé “ application des peines, probation et insertion ” (APPI), les informations et les données à caractère personnel pouvant y être enregistrées, les règles de fonctionnement et d’accès, les droits des personnes concernées par le traitement, ainsi que les possibilités d’interconnexions ou de mises en relation avec d’autres traitements sont déterminés par les dispositions des articles R. 113-49 et suivants du code pénitentiaire.
