Article R592-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book to Saint-Barthélemy:
1° References to the Prefect are replaced by references to the State representative in Saint-Barthélemy and references to the Prefecture are replaced by references to the State services in Saint-Barthélemy;
2° In Article R. 521-1, the words: “within French territory” are replaced by the words: “within the territory of Saint-Barthélemy”;
3° In the second paragraph of Article R. 521-8, the word: “other” is deleted;
4° In Article R. 521-9, the words: “, or when their fingerprints taken pursuant to Article R. 521-7 are unusable,” are deleted;
5° In Article R. 521-18, the reference to Article R. 521-7 is deleted;
6° The second paragraph of Article R. 552-8 is not applicable.
7° In Article R. 581-6, the words: “governed by the provisions of Articles L. 341-4, R. 341-1, R. 341-3, R. 341-4 and R. 341-7 of the Labour Code” are replaced by the words: “governed by the provisions of the legislation and regulations applicable locally”;
8° In the first paragraph of Article R. 581-8, the word: “other” is deleted.

Article R592-3

Pour l’application du présent livre à Saint-Barthélemy :
1° Les références au préfet sont remplacées par la référence au représentant de l’Etat à Saint-Barthélemy et la référence à la préfecture est remplacée par la référence aux services de l’Etat à Saint-Barthélemy ;
2° A l’article R. 521-1, les mots : ” à l’intérieur du territoire français ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” sur le territoire de Saint-Barthélemy ” ;
3° Au second alinéa de l’article R. 521-8, le mot : ” autres ” est supprimé ;
4° A l’article R. 521-9, les mots : “, ou lorsque ses empreintes relevées en application de l’article R. 521-7 sont inexploitables, ” sont supprimés ;
5° A l’article R. 521-18, la référence à l’article R. 521-7 est supprimée ;
6° Le deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 552-8 n’est pas applicable.
7° A l’article R. 581-6, les mots : ” régie par les dispositions des articles L. 341-4, R. 341-1, R. 341-3, R. 341-4 et R. 341-7 du code du travail ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” régie par les dispositions de la législation et de la réglementation applicables localement ” ;
8° Au premier alinéa de l’article R. 581-8, le mot : ” autre ” est supprimé.
