Article R611-10-1 of the French Commercial code

In application of the second paragraph of article L. 611-2-1, the president of the court shall inform the professional body or competent authority to which the interested party belongs of the difficulties that have been brought to his attention that are likely to compromise the continuity of the professional’s activity. This note is sent by the Registrar to the legal representative of one or other of these bodies by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The representative of the professional body or of the competent authority is invited to inform the president of the court, in the same form, of the action taken on this information within a period of one month.

Article R611-10-1

En application du second alinéa de l’article L. 611-2-1, le président du tribunal informe l’ordre ou l’autorité compétente dont relève l’intéressé par une note exposant les difficultés de nature à compromettre la continuité de l’activité du professionnel qui ont été portées à sa connaissance. Cette note est transmise par le greffier au représentant légal de l’un ou l’autre de ces organismes par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception. Le représentant de l’ordre ou de l’autorité compétente est invité à faire connaître au président du tribunal, dans la même forme, les suites données à cette information dans le délai d’un mois.
