Exceptionally, if it is temporarily no longer able to carry out one or more of the sterilisation operations, an internal-use pharmacy may entrust the performance of these operations to other internal-use pharmacies authorised to carry out such operations by the regional health agency. The Director General of this agency is immediately informed of any such organisation and of the expected duration of its implementation.

A titre exceptionnel et si elle n’est plus provisoirement à même d’assurer une ou plusieurs des opérations de stérilisation, une pharmacie à usage intérieur peut en confier la réalisation à d’autres pharmacies à usage intérieur autorisées à effectuer de telles opérations par l’agence régionale de santé. Le directeur général de cette agence est immédiatement informé d’une telle organisation ainsi que de la durée prévisionnelle de sa mise en œuvre.
