Patients who are offered temporary accommodation are given full information about the characteristics of the accommodation, in particular the financial contribution that they and any accompanying person(s) are likely to have to pay, and about the accommodation facility’s internal rules.
Informed consent is obtained by any means, including in electronic form. It is valid until withdrawn.
This consent relates to the temporary and non-medical nature of the accommodation and the absence of care and medical supervision by the health establishment to which the medical professional prescribing the temporary non-medical accommodation is affiliated.
