Patients who are offered temporary accommodation are given full information about the characteristics of the accommodation, in particular the financial contribution that they and any accompanying person(s) are likely to have to pay, and about the accommodation facility’s internal rules.

Informed consent is obtained by any means, including in electronic form. It is valid until withdrawn.

This consent relates to the temporary and non-medical nature of the accommodation and the absence of care and medical supervision by the health establishment to which the medical professional prescribing the temporary non-medical accommodation is affiliated.

Le patient auquel est proposée la prestation d’hébergement temporaire reçoit une information complète sur les caractéristiques de celle-ci, notamment sur la contribution financière susceptible d’être mise à sa charge en ce qui le concerne et au titre de son ou de ses accompagnants éventuels et sur le règlement intérieur de la structure d’hébergement.

Son consentement éclairé est recueilli par tout moyen, y compris sous forme dématérialisée. Il est valable tant qu’il n’a pas été retiré.

Ce consentement porte sur le caractère temporaire et non médicalisé de l’hébergement et l’absence de soins et de surveillance médicale par l’établissement de santé dont relève le professionnel médical prescripteur de l’hébergement temporaire non médicalisé.
