The accommodation service referred to in this section may be provided by the establishment referred to in article R. 6111-55 or may be delegated to a third party under an agreement. The third party delegatee, who is chosen by this establishment, may be another healthcare establishment or any other public or private legal entity.
Accommodation may be provided within the establishment referred to in article R. 6111-55, in premises that are identified and separate from the care and hospitalisation areas.
