I.-The establishments mentioned in this section receive funding from the health insurance scheme, in the form of a lump sum per night for temporary non-medical accommodation for pregnant women under this section, if their healthcare costs are covered under:
1° Article L. 160-1 of the Social Security Code;
2° II ofArticle 19 of Ordinance no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, sickness, maternity, invalidity and death insurance, the financing of social security in Mayotte and the Mayotte Social Security Fund;
3° The second paragraph ofArticle 3 of Ordinance no. 77-1102 of 26 September 1977 extending and adapting various provisions relating to social affairs to the Department of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon;
4° State medical aid, as mentioned in Article L. 251-1 of the Code de l’Action Sociale et des Familles;
5° Membership of a social security scheme in a Member State of the European Union other than France, a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation or another State pursuant to an international agreement to which France is a party.
Pregnant women benefiting from these provisions may not be asked to make a contribution towards accommodation in addition to the lump sum mentioned in this I.
The conditions of this financing and the amount of the fixed fee are defined in the decree mentioned in article R. 6111-55 of the present code.
If the patient benefiting from the accommodation is affiliated to a scheme mentioned in this 5°, the establishment concerned obtains reimbursement of the lump sum from her affiliation fund.
II – The provision of temporary non-medical accommodation for pregnant women other than those mentioned in 1° to 5° of I, and for any accompanying persons, is billed to the pregnant woman concerned.
