If the accommodation service has been delegated to a third party by means of an agreement in application of article R. 6111-60, the prescribing establishment informs its service provider of this decision without delay and by any means that provides a date certain for this information.
In the event of recourse to the provisions mentioned in this article, the establishment concerned shall immediately relocate the pregnant woman concerned to another accommodation.
