Article R6111-64 of the French Public Health Code

In order to be transported from her place of residence to the temporary non-medical accommodation mentioned in article R. 6111-55 or to the obstetrics and gynaecology unit where she is being cared for, the pregnant woman concerned may, at her request, be transported either by a company approved under article L. 6312-1 or by a taxi company that has signed an agreement with a local health insurance organisation under the conditions mentioned in the second paragraph of article L. 322-5 of the Social Security Code.

Pour être transportée de son lieu de résidence vers le lieu de l’hébergement temporaire non médicalisé mentionné à l’article R. 6111-55 ou l’unité de gynécologie obstétrique dans laquelle elle est suivie, la femme enceinte concernée bénéficie, sur sa demande, de transports réalisés soit par une entreprise agréée au titre de l’article L. 6312-1 soit par une entreprise de taxi ayant conclu une convention avec un organisme local d’assurance maladie dans les conditions mentionnées au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 322-5 du code de la sécurité sociale.
