Article R6113-15 of the French Public Health Code

The certification procedure established by the Haute Autorité de santé provides in particular for :

1° Informing the institution, all the institutions involved or associated with the regional hospital grouping or the organisation and the regional health agency for the region in question of the timetable for the visit and the appointment of experts to carry it out;

2° The procedures for examination by the college or a specialised commission of challenges by the institution, all the institutions involved or associated with the regional hospital grouping or the body, to the appointment of experts and the content of the report prior to the decision;

3° The arrangements for public consultation of the report and the certification decision.

Article R6113-15

La procédure de certification établie par la Haute Autorité de santé prévoit notamment :

1° L’information de l’établissement, l’ensemble des établissements parties ou associés au groupement hospitalier de territoire ou de l’organisme et de l’agence régionale de santé de la région considérée sur le calendrier de la visite de celui-ci ainsi que sur les désignations d’experts chargés de l’effectuer ;

2° Les modalités d’examen par le collège ou une commission spécialisée des contestations, par l’établissement, l’ensemble des établissements parties ou associés au groupement hospitalier de territoire ou l’organisme, de la désignation des experts et du contenu du rapport préalable à la décision ;

3° Les modalités de consultation par le public du rapport et de la décision de certification.
