The doctor responsible for medical information sends the medical board or conference and the establishment’s representative the information required to analyse activity, both for the establishment as a whole and for each of the medical structures or what takes their place. Within a regional hospital grouping, the doctor in charge of the regional medical information department sends the commission of the establishment concerned, the medical college or the grouping medical commission, as well as the representative of the establishment concerned and the representative of the establishment supporting the grouping, the information required to analyse activity, relating to the establishment concerned and to all the establishments involved in the grouping. This information is sent systematically or on request. It consists of aggregated statistics or data per patient, compiled in such a way that the people being cared for cannot be identified.
In the event that a healthcare activity is operated jointly by a health cooperation group under the conditions set out in 4° of article L. 6133-1, the doctor responsible for medical information also sends the information required to analyse this activity to the group administrator.
