Article R6113-9 of the French Public Health Code

The competent bodies of the health care organisation define, after consultation with the medical commission or conference, the procedures for implementing the collection, processing, validation and internal transmission of medical data defined in 1° of article R. 6113-2 or collected at the initiative of the health care organisation, and in particular the obligations of the practitioners concerned with regard to the transmission and quality control of the data as well as their right to feedback.

Les instances compétentes de l’établissement définissent, après avis de la commission ou de la conférence médicale, les modalités de mise en oeuvre du recueil, du traitement, de la validation et de la transmission interne des données médicales définies au 1° de l’article R. 6113-2 ou recueillies à l’initiative de l’établissement, et notamment les obligations des praticiens concernés quant à la transmission et au contrôle de la qualité des données ainsi que leur droit au retour d’informations.
