Article R612-11 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

On a proposal from the Secretary General, the plenary session of the Supervisory Board:

1° Adopt the Authority’s annual budget and its amendments during the year;

2° Adopt the report on the implementation of the budget for the financial year just ended;

3° Authorise the settlements provided for in articles 2044 to 2058 of the French Civil Code, in excess of a fixed amount;

4° Authorises, in excess of a fixed amount, in respect of the recovery of the contribution provided for in Article L. 612-20, the granting of amnesties pursuant toArticle L. 247 of the Book of Tax Procedures.

Sur proposition du secrétaire général, la formation plénière du collège de supervision :

1° Adopte le budget annuel de l’Autorité et ses modifications en cours d’année ;

2° Adopte le rapport d’exécution budgétaire de l’exercice clos ;

3° Autorise, au-delà d’un montant qu’elle fixe, la conclusion des transactions prévues aux articles 2044 à 2058 du code civil ;

4° Autorise, au-delà d’un montant qu’elle fixe, en matière de recouvrement de la contribution prévue à l’article L. 612-20, les remises gracieuses en application de l’article L. 247 du livre des procédures fiscales.
