No person may carry out an inspection if he has been convicted of any of the offences referred to in II of Article L. 500-1 of this Code.
Before entrusting an assignment to one of the persons mentioned in I of Article R. 612-24, the Secretary General shall ensure that the prospective person is not likely to be in a conflict of interest with the person who is to be the subject of the audit assignment. To this end, the prospective person must inform the Secretary General of all professional relationships that he/she has had with the person who is to be the subject of the assignment over the previous three years. The Secretary General may not entrust an assignment to such a person if, during these three years, he or she has audited or advised the person concerned in areas related to the subject of the assignment.
