Article R612-27 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the application of the sixth paragraph of article L. 612-24, the summons is sent to the person concerned in the manner provided for in article R. 612-9, at least eight days before the date of the summons. It shall remind the person summoned that he or she is entitled to be assisted by persons of his or her choice.

Pour l’application du sixième alinéa de l’article L. 612-24, la convocation est adressée à l’intéressé selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 612-9, huit jours au moins avant la date de convocation. Elle rappelle à la personne convoquée qu’elle est en droit de se faire assister des personnes de son choix.
