Article R612-29-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution has four months to rule on an application for approval of all or part of a code of conduct submitted pursuant to Article L. 612-29-1. During this period, it may decide to extend this period to six months.

L’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution dispose d’un délai de quatre mois pour statuer sur la demande d’approbation de tout ou partie d’un code de bonne conduite présentée en application de l’article L. 612-29-1. Elle peut, au cours de cette période, décider de porter ce délai à six mois.
