The Director General of the Treasury or, where applicable, the Director of Social Security or their representatives have a period of three working days following the meeting of the supervisory board to request a second deliberation by the supervisory board.
The Director General of the Treasury or, where applicable, the Director of Social Security or their representatives may request a second deliberation by a specialised committee either before this committee or before another formation of the supervisory board.
Any member of a specialised committee may ask the Chairman of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution for a second hearing before the supervisory board.
Where the decision has been taken by written consultation, the period referred to in the first paragraph runs from receipt of the decision.
