Article R612-31-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

When the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution takes the protective measure provided for in 13° of Article L. 612-33 with regard to a person mentioned in 1°, 3° and 5° of B of I of Article L. 612-2, it shall be regularly informed by the person concerned, in accordance with the procedures it has defined, of the transactions relating to the portfolio transfer.

Article R612-31-1

Lorsque l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution prend, à l’égard d’une personne mentionnée aux 1°, 3° et 5° du B du I de l’article L. 612-2, la mesure conservatoire prévue au 13° de l’article L. 612-33, elle est régulièrement informée, par la personne concernée et selon les modalités qu’elle a définies, des opérations relatives au transfert de portefeuille.
