For the purposes of 2° of I of Article L. 612-35-1 and subject to the third paragraph of this Article, the police measures ordered by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall be published for a period of at least five years in the official register of the Autorité, which shall be accessible electronically. The type and nature of the practice concerned and the identity of the natural or legal person who was subject to the measure are mentioned. These police measures are kept in the AMF’s official register for a maximum of ten years.
Personal data is kept on the official website of the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution in compliance with the rules, in particular as regards duration, laid down by Act 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties.
Where applicable, the above-mentioned register also records any appeals lodged against police measures, their progress and outcome.
