Article R612-64 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The applicant shall have a period of three months from the date of receipt of the notification of the observations of third parties to file, in writing, his observations in response or a new drafting of the claims. This period may be renewed once at the request of the applicant.

Le demandeur dispose d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la date de réception de la notification des observations des tiers pour déposer, par écrit, ses observations en réponse ou une nouvelle rédaction des revendications. Ce délai peut être renouvelé une fois sur requête du demandeur.
