Article R613-17 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The order provided for in Article L. 613-16 shall be adopted immediately after the opinion of the Committee. The patent owner, licensees and the Director General of the Institut National de la Propriété Industrielle shall be notified of the decision. It shall be entered automatically in the National Patent Register.

Article R613-17

L’arrêté prévu à l’article L. 613-16 est pris immédiatement après l’avis de la commission. Il est notifié au propriétaire du brevet, aux titulaires de licences et au directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle. Il est inscrit d’office au Registre national des brevets.
