L’arrêté d’octroi de la licence d’exploitation prévu à l’article L. 613-17 est notifié au propriétaire du brevet, aux titulaires de licences et au bénéficiaire de la licence sollicitée.

Il est inscrit d’office au Registre national des brevets.
