Article R613-3-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

When, pursuant to II of Article L. 613-20-6, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution decides to assess the likely impact of the measures provided for in II of that article on the subsidiary, on group entities in other Member States or on the group as a whole, it shall communicate this assessment to the competent authorities within three days.

Lorsqu’en application du II de l’article L. 613-20-6, l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution décide d’évaluer l’incidence probable des mesures prévues à ce même II sur la filiale, sur les entités du groupe dans les autres Etats membres ou sur l’ensemble du groupe, elle communique cette évaluation aux autorités compétentes dans un délai de trois jours.
