In the event of disagreement on the joint decision, duly notified, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall consult the European Banking Authority, either on its own initiative or at the request of a relevant competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
En cas de désaccord sur la décision commune, dûment notifiée, l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution consulte l’Autorité bancaire européenne, soit de sa propre initiative, soit à la demande d’une autorité compétente concernée d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen.
