Article R613-3-7 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution shall communicate to the parent undertaking in the European Union and in the other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, to the central bodies for mutual or cooperative institutions and to all the relevant competent authorities of the other Member States of the European Union or of the other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area a document bringing together all the individual or sub-consolidated decisions relating to 1°, 2° or 3° of II of Article L. 613-20-4 taken by itself and the other relevant competent authorities of the Member States of the European Union or States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. 613-20-4 taken by itself and the other competent authorities concerned in the Member States of the European Union or States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.

L’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution communique à l’entreprise mère dans l’Union européenne et dans les autres Etats parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, aux organes centraux pour les établissements mutualistes ou coopératifs et à toutes les autorités compétentes concernées des autres Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou des autres Etats parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen un document rassemblant toutes les décisions individuelles ou sous-consolidées relatives aux 1°, 2° ou 3° du II de l’article L. 613-20-4 prises par elle-même et les autres autorités compétentes concernées des Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen.
