Article R613-35 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The order of the Minister responsible for industrial property granting the licence sets out the conditions, taking into account the elements of the application specified above. It is immediately notified by the Minister responsible for industrial property to the Minister of Defence and to the owner of the patent application or patent. It is automatically entered in the National Patent Register. In the case of a patent application, the entry shall not be made until the said application has been made public.

L’arrêté du ministre chargé de la propriété industrielle accordant la licence en fixe les conditions compte tenu des éléments de la demande ci-dessus précisés. Il est immédiatement notifié par le ministre chargé de la propriété industrielle au ministre de la défense et au propriétaire de la demande de brevet ou du brevet. Il est inscrit d’office au Registre national des brevets. S’il s’agit d’une demande de brevet, il n’est procédé à l’inscription qu’après que ladite demande a été rendue publique.
