Article R613-39 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The decree pronouncing, under the conditions provided for by article L. 613-20, the expropriation of an invention, which is the subject of a patent application or patent, shall be notified by the Minister responsible for industrial property to the owner of the patent application or patent.

Le décret prononçant, dans les conditions prévues par l’article L. 613-20, l’expropriation d’une invention, objet d’une demande de brevet ou d’un brevet, est notifié par le ministre chargé de la propriété industrielle au propriétaire de la demande de brevet ou du brevet.
