Article R613-4-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Where the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution delegates, pursuant to Article L. 613-21-6, its responsibility for the supervision of a subsidiary to the competent authorities that have authorised and supervise the parent undertaking, it shall do so by means of a bilateral agreement in accordance with Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010. It shall inform the European Banking Authority thereof.

Article R613-4-1

Lorsque l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution délègue, en application de l’article L. 613-21-6, sa responsabilité de surveillance d’une filiale aux autorités compétentes qui ont agréé et qui surveillent l’entreprise mère, elle le fait par voie d’accord bilatéral conformément à l’article 28 du règlement (UE) n° 1093/2010 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 24 novembre 2010. Elle en informe l’Autorité bancaire européenne.
