Article R613-50 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The notifications provided for in III of Article L. 613-46-4 shall be made no later than two days after the express approval referred to in 3° of I of Article L. 613-46-3 .

The notification shall include the reasoned decision and the information that must be included in the clauses of the agreement referred to in II and III of Article R. 613-49. It shall certify compliance with the conditions laid down in I of Article L. 613-46-4.

Article R613-50

Les notifications prévues au III de l’article L. 613-46-4 interviennent au plus tard dans un délai de deux jours à compter de l’approbation expresse mentionnée au 3° du I de l’article L. 613-46-3.

La notification comprend la décision motivée ainsi que les éléments devant figurer dans les clauses de l’accord mentionnées au II et au III de l’article R. 613-49. Elle atteste du respect des conditions prévues au I de l’article L. 613-46-4.
