Article R613-53 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The parties to a group financial support agreement shall publish annually on their website a general description of the agreement and of the participating group entities pursuant to III of Article L. 613-46-3.

II. – By way of derogation from I, and in cases where the parent undertaking is a party to the group financial support agreement, the publication of the general description of the agreement and the participating group entities may be carried out by the parent undertaking alone. In this case, the publication is made in each of the languages of the States in which the group entities are established.

I. – Les parties à un accord de soutien financier de groupe publient annuellement sur leur site internet une description générale de l’accord et des entités du groupe participantes en application du III de l’article L. 613-46-3.

II. – Par dérogation au I, et dans les cas où l’entreprise mère est partie à l’accord de soutien financier de groupe, la publication de la description générale de l’accord et des entités du groupe participantes peut être réalisée par la seule entreprise mère. Dans ce cas, la publication est réalisée dans chacune des langues des Etats dans lesquels sont établies des entités du groupe.
