Article R613-59 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Any entry made in the National Patent Register shall be mentioned in the Bulletin officiel de la propriété industrielle.

Any interested person may obtain from the Institute:

1° A reproduction of the entries made in the National Patent Register;

2° A certificate stating that no entry exists.

Toute inscription portée au Registre national des brevets fait l’objet d’une mention au Bulletin officiel de la propriété industrielle.

Toute personne intéressée peut obtenir de l’institut :

1° Une reproduction des inscriptions portées au Registre national des brevets ;

2° Un certificat constatant qu’il n’existe pas d’inscription.
