Article R613-65 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the purposes of Article L. 613-55-3, the decisions to compensate creditors and holders of capital referred to in III of this Article shall be taken within two months of the final valuation provided for in Article L. 613-47.

The amount of the final valuation referred to in Article L. 613-47 and the compensation decisions taken pursuant to III of Article L. 613-55-3 shall be notified as soon as possible to the persons referred to in that Article.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 613-55-3, les décisions d’indemnisation des créanciers et des détenteurs du capital mentionnées au III de cet article interviennent dans les deux mois qui suivent la valorisation définitive prévue à l’article L. 613-47.

Le montant de la valorisation définitive mentionnée à l’article L. 613-47 et les décisions d’indemnisation prises en application du III de l’article L. 613-55-3 sont notifiés dans les meilleurs délais aux personnes mentionnées à ce dernier article.
