The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution may submit to the supervisory authority on a consolidated basis a duly reasoned written request to update the decisions it has taken concerning the level of the parent undertaking’s capital or liquidity requirements referred to in II and VI of Article L. 511-41-3.

L’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution peut présenter à l’autorité de surveillance sur une base consolidée une demande écrite dûment motivée de mise à jour des décisions qu’elle a prises concernant le niveau des exigences de fonds propres ou de liquidité de l’entreprise mère mentionnées aux II et VI de l’article L. 511-41-3.
