Article R6132-1-4 of the French Public Health Code

Where provided for in the constituent agreement and with the agreement of the Chief Medical Officer of the Armed Forces Hospital, the Director of the support establishment of the regional hospital grouping with which an Armed Forces Hospital is associated signs the agreements referred to in articles R. 6132-1-2 and R. 6132-1-3 on behalf of this hospital.

Lorsque la convention constitutive le prévoit et après accord du médecin-chef de l’hôpital des armées, le directeur de l’établissement support du groupement hospitalier de territoire auquel un hôpital des armées est associé signe les conventions mentionnées aux articles R. 6132-1-2 et R. 6132-1-3 pour le compte de cet hôpital.
