I.-The constituent agreement provides for the setting up of a grouping nursing, re-education and medico-technical care commission. This commission is made up of the chairmen and, in a number determined by the founding agreement, representatives of the nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care commissions of the healthcare establishments and representatives of paramedical professionals from the medico-social establishments or services that are part of the grouping.
When an army hospital is associated with the grouping, the commission is also made up of personnel occupying equivalent functions to those mentioned in the first paragraph for the representatives of the establishments involved.
The distribution of seats on the commission and the powers delegated to it by the nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care commissions of the establishments belonging to the grouping are determined by the founding agreement.
II – The chairman of the grouping’s nursing, re-education and medico-technical care committee is a general care coordinator, or a care director covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code, appointed by the director of the grouping’s support establishment.
III – The opinions issued by the grouping’s nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care commission are forwarded to the members of the strategic committee and to each of the nursing, rehabilitation and medico-technical care commissions of the establishments involved in the regional hospital grouping, as well as to the equivalent body when an army hospital is involved in the grouping.
