If the Director General of the Regional Health Agency does not respond within one month to a request to set up a Unified Group Medical Commission or a Unified Group Nursing, Rehabilitation and Medico-Technical Care Commission, submitted in application of the provisions of Articles L. 6132-2-3 and L. 6132-2-6, this shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the request.
Le silence gardé pendant un mois par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé sur les demandes tendant à la constitution d’une commission médicale unifiée de groupement ou d’une commission des soins infirmiers, de rééducation et médico-techniques unifiée de groupement, présentées en application des dispositions des articles L. 6132-2-3 et L. 6132-2-6, vaut acceptation de ces demandes.
