I – The grouping’s support institution provides the grouping’s medical commission with all the support it needs to carry out its duties, in particular the formulation of proposals, as part of the development of the grouping’s strategic guidelines in terms of forward-looking management of jobs and skills, attractiveness and recruitment, remuneration and working hours for medical, odontological, pharmaceutical and midwifery staff.
II – The support institution for the regional hospital grouping ensures that the institutions involved comply with the strategic guidelines mentioned in I. It reports on this, as necessary, to the strategic committee.
It develops practical tools for the forward-looking management of human resources for the benefit of the participating institutions.
III – The support institution for the regional hospital grouping implements the regional policy for the continuing professional development of medical, odontological, pharmaceutical and midwifery professionals.
In conjunction with the participating hospitals, it manages joint medical teams and sets up inter-hospital clusters as well as joint administrative, logistical, technical and medico-technical activities.
