I.-The health cooperation grouping jointly operating the authorisations held by one or more of its members on a single geographical site may be authorised by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to bill for care reimbursable by social security under the conditions laid down inarticle L. 162-21 of the Social Security Code for the care activities jointly operated. The grouping is also subject to compliance with the provisions of section 1 of chapter III of title I of book I of this part.
For care activities carried out jointly under the conditions of article L. 6133-8 , the cooperative grouping is financed in accordance with the rules applicable to health establishments.
When the grouping is made up, on the one hand, of health care institutions mentioned in a, b or c of article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code and, on the other hand, of health care institutions mentioned in d of the same article, it may opt either for the application of the tariffs for hospital services of the institutions mentioned in a, b and c of the same article, or for that of the tariffs applicable to the health care institutions mentioned in d of the same article. The Director General of the Regional Health Agency decides on the scale of charges applicable to the group in accordance with the procedure laid down in article R. 6133-21.
II -When the healthcare cooperation grouping is authorised to bill for care reimbursed to social security beneficiaries in application of 4° of article L. 6133-1, the healthcare establishments that are members of the grouping are no longer authorised to transmit the information provided for in article R. 6113-10 or to bill for reimbursable services provided to patients associated with these activities.
III -When a medical biology laboratory is operated in the form of a Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire de Moyennes (resources health cooperation group) in application of Article L. 6133-2-1 and made up exclusively of establishments mentioned in a, b and c of Article L. 162-22-6 of the Social Security Code, it invoices its medical biology examinations in accordance with the procedures set out inArticle R. 174-2-2 of the Social Security Code.
