Article R6133-9 of the French Public Health Code

Each year, the Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire sends the Director General of the Regional Health Agency a report on its activities and financial accounts, no later than 30th June of the year following the financial year to which they relate, in accordance with a model and procedures defined by order of the Minister for Health.

Article R6133-9

Le groupement de coopération sanitaire transmet chaque année au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé un rapport retraçant son activité et ses comptes financiers, au plus tard au 30 juin de l’année suivant l’exercice auquel ils se rapportent, selon un modèle et des modalités définis par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
