Article R614-25 of the French Intellectual Property Code

With the exception of Article R. 612-31, the provisions set out in articles R. 612-26 to R. 612-32 are, taking into account the provisions of Articles L. 614-20 to L. 614-22, applicable to international applications filed with the Institut national de la propriété industrielle.

A l’exception de l’article R. 612-31, les dispositions prévues aux articles R. 612-26 à R. 612-32 sont, compte tenu des dispositions des articles L. 614-20 à L. 614-22, applicables aux demandes internationales déposées auprès de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle.
