The international filing fee and the search fee provided for in Rules 15 and 16 of the Regulations under the Patent Cooperation Treaty must be paid before the expiry of a period of one month from the date of receipt of the international application.

The international filing fee and the search fee shall be paid in euros.

La taxe internationale de dépôt et la taxe de recherche prévues par les règles 15 et 16 du règlement d’exécution du traité de coopération en matière de brevets doivent être acquittées avant l’expiration d’un délai d’un mois à compter de la date de réception de la demande internationale.

La taxe internationale et la taxe de recherche sont acquittées en euros.
