Article R614-31 of the French Intellectual Property Code

If the international application and the other documents referred to in article R. 614-23 are filed in a number of copies lower than that set by the said article, a fee is charged for the preparation of the required number of copies. The fee must be paid before the expiry of a period of one month from the date of notification to this effect.

Si la demande internationale et les autres documents visés à l’article R. 614-23 sont déposés en un nombre d’exemplaires inférieur à celui fixé par ledit article, une redevance est perçue pour la préparation du nombre d’exemplaires requis. Son paiement doit avoir été fait avant l’expiration d’un délai d’un mois à compter de la date de la notification adressée à cet effet.
